Please note:

1. Prices quoted are excluding VAT.
2. Paperwork will not be released to private landlords until payment is received.
3. Prices for commercial properties can be quoted on request.
4. We reserve the right to charge full price for an appointment if:
   1. The clerk arrives for an appointment and is unable to gain access to the premises within 20 minutes of the appointment time (or 30 minutes for a snagging appointment)
   2. The clerk arrives for an appointment and the tenant or the premises is not ready to commence check in, check out or inventory procedures within 20 minutes of the appointment time (or 30 minutes for a snagging appointment)
   3. Less than 4 working hours notice is given of cancellation of an appointment
