You can use our pre-completion service before you move in for a hassle free move, with no nasty shocks. Alternatively, our post-completion service takes advantage of the period of up to 2 years in which your developer is obliged to rectify any faults. Getting faults identified during this period is critical if you want to avoid incurring unnecessary cost.

For a pre-completion service, contact us as soon as you get your completion date, so we can inspect the property and get problems rectified before you move in. In this way, it is clear that problems are the developer's responsibility and not the result of the move in or wear and tear.

Our inspector will meet you on site if you would like to be present or you can give the developer instruction for a key handover. If you have notes or concerns about the property yourself, then please let the inspector know at the time of visit and they will be happy to discuss this or comment via e-mail. The inspection can last between 1 and 4 hours dependent on property size, so if attending, please give uninterrupted time for the inspection process and ensure that the property is ready for inspection. Abortive site visits may incur a charge.
